Associate Director - Product Management, XCell® ATF Systems
The Associate Director Product Management XCell® ATF Systems will lead the control system product segment for the ATF products used for intensified bioprocessing applications. Systems will be semiautomatic and fully automatic functionalities including ATF controllers/hardware/software and the associated filtration consumables.
The Associate Director Product Management ATF Systems will be responsible for driving and ensuring the long-term success of this business. The Product Manager will be responsible to understand the market needs, understand competition and accordingly drive our ATF systems design efforts that are highly competitive and meet/exceed customer needs. This will be a “hands-on” operationally focused position managing the order lifecycle process from quoting to delivery. Working externally with the sales team, this position will be responsible for driving the Technology adoption and driving the internal organization to support and expand the product range.

This position is responsible to actively participate in the Repligen ISO 9001 Quality Management System. This role is
responsible for the management of Quality Inspectors and QA Associates in support of material inspection and release. The Quality Manager will manage, mentor, and motivate their direct reports. They are responsible for supervising the daily schedule and assigning tasks to their direct reports. Must work independently and manage short and long-term priorities.
They will work closely with the manufacturing team assisting with Quality Management Systems such as non-conforming materials, deviations, and corrective actions. Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
We are seeking an Application Engineer II to join our growing Applications Engineering team. The responsibilities include reviewing customer/internal single-use designs, utilizing component library, bringing in additional components to use on custom/standard single-use designs. Repligen’s Process Analytics team is actively seeking a highly motivated and skilled Electrical Engineer with a passion for driving innovation in the bioprocessing sector. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the design and development, and analysis of advanced Analytical instruments integral to the advancement of process analytical technologies (PAT).
This individual will play a key role in new product introduction, developing requirements and solutions for new products, as well as supporting sustaining efforts on current products.
The work will include research, design and development of new systems and devices which will be used to control, monitor, and regulate Pharma or Biotech processes in laboratory or production environments. The individual will be involved in performing PCB design, firmware development, and final product verification and validation.
Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, the candidate will engage in the design, analysis, documentation, and testing, orchestrating a symphony of innovation to meet our exacting standards and expectations of our bioprocessing customers.
The Molding Operator will report to the Molding Lead. This position will be located at our Clifton Park, NY location. The molding operator will be required to set up a new mold according to a work order drawing. Involves reading drawings, cutting tubing to length and insert molding liquid silicone rubber in various shapes. All molded parts shall be inspected as they come off the mold to make sure they are clean and defect free.
The Manager of Process Engineering will be responsible for the leadership of the process engineering team at the Rancho Dominguez, CA facility. They will provide technical leadership to the site and work to deliver projects alongside the global engineering network. The candidate will have extensive work experience with bio/pharma manufacturing systems, process control, change management, equipment design, safety, and qualification activities. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in a GMP or ISO9001 manufacturing environment and thrive in an agile and collaborative culture. This position is for a 3rd Shift Operator in the Repligen Injection Molding manufacturing group. The Operator I position is responsible for the production, assembly, and quality inspection of both basic and complex components within our ISO 9001 qualified environment.
The Receiving Clerk (RC) has primary responsibility for receiving incoming materials and ensuring the received items correspond with the matching Purchase Order. The RC is responsible for performing the corresponding transactions in the ERP System that match the physical transfer of product to its correct internal location.
The RC will also assist with daily shipping of customer orders (packaging, transactions in ERP, AWB generation and customs paperwork), as well as shipping RMAs to vendors.
Responsible for the supervision of physical tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing of products, materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Supervises employees ensuring they are performing all necessary steps required for incoming receipts. Oversees the proper use of power equipment such as a forklift, hand tools, and other devices operated in a warehouse environment. Supervises the preparation and maintenance of all necessary records. Oversees daily activities within the warehouse responsibilities.
Repligen is seeking an Engineering Manager to join the Product Engineering team in the R&D group. This candidate would work out of the Waltham office and report to the Director of R&D. This individual is responsible for overseeing a team of Engineers in the completion of Engineering Projects which will include Technical Leads of New Product Development Projects, Investigations and Actions to Troubleshoot issues with existing products, and hands-on Testing or Prototype builds. In addition, this candidate should mentor and promote industry knowledge amongst the group through conferences, classes, and seminars. Finally, this candidate must be focused on process improvements across the direct and adjacent groups to promote best-practices around Engineering Design Controls and Documentation.

The Assembler II Technician will report to Manufacturing Supervisor. This assembly position performs a wide variety of assembly products. Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing membrane in different sizes, fitting on assembly units, testing units, packaging and entering date in the Lot History Record per product line. The employee also works as a team member in whatever capacity and job function is required to deliver a quality product to our customer in a timely fashion.

Principal automation engineer will report directly to the R&D Automation lead.
The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for providing engineering support to the R&D Team with new product introduction (NPI) activities. The position requires interaction with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Marketing, Product Management, and other departments as needed. The work is in a fast paced, high growth environment, with complex and fluid project attributes.
Strong interpersonal skills are needed to work effectively with internal customers, management, and suppliers. The candidate must be able to work independently, possess the ability to collaborate with others, and be able to conduct technical discussions concerning project deliverables and schedules.
