Repligen is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager whose primary role will be to manage a growing team of professionals that sell an expanding portfolio of highly differentiable, high-value products and flexible solutions that address critical steps in the production of biologic drugs, gene therapy and cell therapy - to new and existing Biopharmaceutical customers across a territory spanning the Southeast and Midwest of the United States.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of motivation to succeed, highly developed sales and people management skill sets in the Life Sciences sector and is now looking for the next challenge at a rapidly evolving and innovative bioprocessing-focused life sciences company.
Reporting directly to the Sales Director of North America. This is a home office-based role, preferably in the Midwest or Mid-Atlantic Region of the USA, 50% travel will be necessary to provide the right process and visibility to coach and develop team members. |
