Overview

This Human Resources Business Partner position is a new role, based in Waltham, MA that will have multi-site responsibility supporting our R&D organization as well as the Process Analytics business that includes support of our newest business acquisition with employees in both our Waltham, MA and Bridgewater, NJ locations.   This is a highly visible, role that will contribute at both the hands-on and strategic levels.    This role provides a great opportunity to collaborate with senior leaders as a trusted, strategic partner by providing proactive HR leadership, strategic counsel and consultative services to the business.   

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization
  • Provide HR leadership for the integration of our newly acquired business into Repligen.
  • Translate business plans into critical HR actions, programs and initiatives.
  • Act as a catalyst for change, guide and direct organizational design, development and change management solutions.
  • Collaborate with the various Center of Excellence partners to execute and implement HR initiatives
  • Execute talent management strategies, including performance reviews, leadership development, succession planning, and career development initiatives, that drive retention, engagement, and growth
  • Partner with key stakeholders to shape culture and drive employee engagement.
  • Proactively identify and address employee relations issues, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Serve as a resource and advise on general policy application and process/practice implementation.
  • Participate in HR continuous improvement projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 8+ years in Human Resources
  • Experience working in a multi-location, global, matrix’d organization
  • Strong consulting, coaching and facilitation skills
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, work independently, multi-task and follow up on projects and issues
  • Proven experience using data to identify insights that drive action
  • Strong project and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and bias for action
  • Strong executive presence
  • M&A integration experience preferred.
  • Proven experience leading and supporting large scale change initiatives
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs
  • Effective communication and critical thinking skills
  • Must be willing to travel 25%
