The Extrusion Operator will report to the Extrusion Production Lead

• Operation of a mill to combine starting raw materials
• Ability to gown appropriately and operate in an ISO 7 environment
• Operation of extruders and associated production equipment
• In-process dimensional measurements using precision instruments
• Responsible for following SOPs and safety procedures
• Responsible for area cleanliness and inspection readiness
• Ability to lift 50lbs, must speak English and have 20/20 or corrected 20/20 vision
• Typical hours of operation are 2:00P-10:30p, M-F
• A minimum of 40hr/week is required, some overtime is necessary

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing and/or cleanroom environment
• Silicone or plastic extrusion experience is preferred but will consider similar machine operation experience.
• Ability to train on 1st shift 6a-2:30p for the first 4 weeks
• Exposure to lean manufacturing principals is desired.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to the company location

The estimated hourly rate/salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $20/hr. -$22/Hr. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
