Overview

We are seeking a Strategic Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team. The Strategic Marketing Manager for the Process Analytics business unit will be responsible for executing business marketing plans, managing tactical execution in alignment with the marketing strategy, and overseeing all business unit-specific tradeshows. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive marketing initiatives across various channels and effectively manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.

 

We are an innovative life sciences company focused on developing and commercializing high-value bioprocessing products, technologies, and solutions critical in the production of biologic drugs.

 

This role is part of a highly collaborative cross-functional team that includes Sales, Field Applications, Product Management, Operations, and R&D. Together, we align on business priorities and work toward shared objectives to drive the success of the Process Analytics portfolio. Marketing plays a critical role in supporting each function—whether through sales tools, product launch execution, customer engagement, or lead generation—to ensure we meet our collective goals and deliver value to the market. This role will be Remote and will report to the Director, Global Market Development, Bioprocess Analytics.

Responsibilities

The Strategic Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

  • Marketing Plan Execution: Implement and manage tactical marketing activities in accordance with the overall marketing strategy to achieve business objectives.

  • Tradeshow Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of business unit-specific tradeshows, including logistics, booth design, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up to maximize engagement and ROI.

  • Project Management: Oversee marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with strategic goals. Provide regular updates on project status and performance metrics.

  • Agency and Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with external agencies and third-party vendors, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and support marketing objectives.

  • Performance Tracking and Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to inform future strategies and improve effectiveness.

  • Content Development and Channel Management: Support marketing efforts across various channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, website content, sales support materials, and technical documentation. Develop and manage content that resonates with target audiences and supports the buyer's journey.

  • Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Initiatives: Coordinate and support KOL engagements such as webinars, conference presentations, and other thought leadership activities to enhance brand credibility and market presence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience with demonstrated success in similar roles.

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the life sciences, diagnostics, or bioprocessing industry.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across channels and stakeholders.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience supporting digital campaigns, events, and sales enablement.

  • Comfortable collaborating across cross-functional teams and managing external partners to drive execution.
