We are seeking a seasoned Senior Director, Sales whose primary role is the day to day management of the North American Sales team, Quarterly and annual sales as well as providing hands-on sales leadership of our experienced bio-processing sales team. The successful candidate will be expected to drive best in class practices for sales process and forecasting, key account management, territory management, to produce sales plans that will meet or exceed annual sales targets. Based out the US Headquarters in Waltham, Massachusetts, this role reports to the Global Head of Sales. This role is ideal for an individual that is hands on and willing to lead as a coach and mentor. The estimated base salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $230,000-$280,000. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
