Overview

We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic professional to help elevate our Global Planning team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the management of production, material and resource planning, as well as managing the supply flow for our product line. Responsibilities

 

Responsibilities:

  • Advanced knowledge of planning processes and forecast management to drive planning in both MTS and MTO environments.
  • Work with Buyers, Operations, Engineering, and Management to resolve issues in fulfilling the production plan and ensuring the production schedule is met.
  • Data analysis and decision-making to meet stock targets and finished goods demand, with corrective actions implemented when there is a misalignment.
  • Lead concise, effective meetings to define constraints, identify root causes, and plan mitigation.
  • Analyze and drive cross-functional alignment to resolve performance issues and ensure operational excellence.
  • Maintain relevant performance metrics and create action plans to ensure alignment.
  • Create and maintain valid capacity requirements plan to support the production schedule. Lead actions to resolve capacity constraints and ensure follow-up with cross-functional teams (Ops, Engineering, Procurement, Product Management).
  • Evaluate and adjust scheduling priorities to meet fluctuating sales demands, collaborating cross-functionally as needed.
  • Review and handle urgent orders with customer service and operations teams.
  • Support new part release planning data.
  • Prioritizing activities & communication based upon the needs and strategy. 
  • Manage other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • B.S. degree or equivalent experience; degree in Supply Chain Management/Operations a plus
  • 5 − 7 years of production planning
  • Must speak, write and understand both Estonian and English Language
  • Understanding of the basic principles and operations of ERP systems and the integration of company functions provided by an ERP system – SAP a plus
  • Understanding and evaluation of the contents and calculations on the MRP (supply vs. demand) display or report; including how safety stock influences calculations of projected on hand balances in MRP
  • Understanding of the distinction of independent and dependent demand to ERP
