We are currently seeking a skilled and imaginative 1st Shift Fabrications Technician, Manual Plastic Maker to join our workshop.  This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for craftsmanship—whether your background is in woodworking, welding, or another hands-on trade, we’d love to see how your skills can translate to creating high-quality plastic components.

• Interpret blueprints, sketches, or client concepts to build custom plastic assemblies and equipment.
• Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOP) in relation to operations/organization of work flow.
• Use hand tools and traditional woodworking and welding techniques to manufacture plastic devices.
• Ensure a high standard of craftsmanship, finishing, and durability in all projects.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards at all times.
• Use various hand and power tools and equipment, such as band saws, drill press, pipe benders, etc.

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent, at 18 years of age
• Able to work 6:00am - 2:30pm.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read and understand dimensional drawings and specifications, bill of materials and job order requirements
• Experience using various hand and power tools and equipment, such as band saws, drill press, etc.
• Ability to follow work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOP) in relation to operations/organization of work flow.
• Attention to detail.
• Finished carpentry, welding or similar experience is helpful.
