We are a fast-growing, acquisitive global public company seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our dynamic Finance team. In this key role, you will support the Company’s global accounting operations and contribute to the monthly close and financial reporting processes in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Technical Accounting, this position provides valuable exposure to the complexities of a multi-entity, international organization. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
You will collaborate closely with Corporate Finance, Business Units, and Functional leadership to ensure accurate and timely financial results, and play an active role in continuous process improvements.
This is a hybrid role based out of our Waltham, MA headquarters and offers significant opportunities for learning and career advancement.

· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance · CPA preferred · 3 to 5 years of Public Accounting experience preferred · Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, primarily related to revenue recognition issues · Willingness to learn quickly and take ownership · Highly detail oriented and organized in work · Ability to multitask and meet assigned deadlines · Strong verbal, written and presentation skills · Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel · Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies · Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities; deadline oriented |
