Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Assembly Technician is responsible for performing a wide range of tasks related to fiber assembly and the assembly of filtration products or sub-assemblies. This includes determining and/or following established methods and sequences for fiber bundling, filter potting, filter welding, fitting assembly units, and packaging. The technician works collaboratively as a team member and may be assigned to various functions as needed to ensure the delivery of high-quality products to our customers on time.

The estimated base salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $21.00-$25.00 per hour. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
