We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Planner I to support our production planning team in a fast-paced silicone and plastic molding environment. This entry-level role is responsible for assisting with scheduling, coordinating material flow, and ensuring timely execution of production orders. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Prioritize activity & communication based upon the needs and goals of the organization and acting with proper urgency based upon the needs and requirements of internal and external customers. · Understanding procedures and requirements and change control in an ISO or equivalent system, (FDA, GMP, etc.). · Assist in developing and updating daily and weekly production schedules based on demand and capacity. · Create and maintain work orders in the ERP/MRP system. · Monitor and track the status of production orders, escalating delays or issues as needed. · Support inventory planning by checking material availability and coordinating with purchasing and warehouse teams. · Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure jobs are released on time and according to specifications. · Help identify and communicate potential capacity constraints, tooling availability, or material shortages. · Assist with tracking and reporting on-time delivery performance and other key planning metrics. · Coordinate with customer service and shipping teams to align production schedules with delivery commitments. · Maintain accurate planning data and documentation in the ERP/MRP system. · Participate in daily production meetings and provide updates on job statuses. · Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline planning and scheduling processes. · Learn and follow company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures relevant to silicone and plastic molding. · Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all information and data shared and logged in the ERP system. · Understand the operational flow of the organization and how the position contributes and relates to the design, acquisition and transformation of components into a finished saleable product. · Compute, analyze and report supply, demand, standard cost, actual cost, financial, break even and ROI information. · Consistently seek to strive and focus on quantifiable data for decision making rather than personal opinions. · Display a proactive approach to responsibilities with advance planning and preventative actions and keen focus on deadlines and deliverables. · Recognize problems, analyze and recommend solutions

· Bachelors in business or technical discipline or equivalent experience · 1-3 years business experience · High performance communication and execution skills · Basic knowledge of procurement processes and strategic supplier management · Skilled in MRP/ERP environment, Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Outlook. · Knowledge of business concepts/principles (terms and conditions, transportation, accounting) · Basic knowledge of supply chain programs (Consignment (PAC), JIT, VMI, etc.) and ability to manage project execution of these programs · Industry certifications a plus Effectively communicate (bi-directionally) with individuals or groups information of a technical or financial nature · Active listener, respectful and professional. Communicate with honesty and integrity · Maintain an open, positive, supportive and service focused attitude and approach to all responsibilities. · Demonstrate curiosity and openness related to the responsibilities to question why things are the way they are and always seek continuous improvement. · Understand the basics of KANBAN and JIT planning management systems. · Can calculate and manage to key inventory metrics. · Possess basic knowledge of supply chain activities and relationship management · Ability to Multi-task · Excellent Verbal and written communication skills MRP knowledge and ERP experience in a manufacturing environment · Experience in inventory management · In-house manufacturing and outsourcing experience |

The estimated hourly rate/salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $65,000/Yr. - $75,000/Yr. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
