We are seeking a experienced Product Manager, TFF Accessories to join our growing Systems team. You will play a key role in driving the growth of the Accessories business which includes products such as single-use pumps, sensors, connectors, and bottles used for critical bioprocessing applications. We are proud to set the standard for suceess with our revolutionary next-generation bioprocess platforms. This role will be based in MA and will report to the Janice Simler.

The Product Manager, TFF Accessories will be responsible for:

• Drive and ensure the long-term success of the Accessories business.
• Understand customer needs and competition to develop and implement effective strategies.
• Manage the lifecycle process from quoting to delivery, including new product development, successful launches, product support and promotion, training, and internal coordination between sales, operations, planning, service, and compliance teams.
• Focus on product revenue, growth, and overall performance, including complaints management.
• Collaborate with the sales team and Bioprocessing Sales Specialists to drive technology adoption and support the internal organization
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop effective product collaterals, training materials and manage promotional campaigns.

• Drive resolution of customer inquiries and complaints with required internal functions including Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and R&D

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Management.
• 3-5 years of Product Management experience.
• Proven experience in product management, particularly in bioprocessing or related fields.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and market competition.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Hands-on, commercially focused approach.
• Ability to travel (including global travel), up to 25%
