Overview

We are seeking an Assembler II to join our growing Potting team. You will play a key role in a wide variety of fiber assembly, filtration products in performing filter potting. This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in a collaborative environment.

 

We are an innovative life sciences company focused on developing and commercializing high-value bioprocessing products, technologies, and solutions critical in the production of biologic drugs.

 

You will be part of a cross functional team of 20 highly motivated and collaborative colleagues. This role will be based in Rancho Dominguez and will report to the Production Supervisor.

Responsibilities

The Assembler II will be responsible for:

  • Performance Manual assembly of complex fiber, membrane, and polycarbonate components.
  • Capable of operating small hand and power tools to assemble products.
  • Identifies quality problems and follows reporting procedures.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications as stated in Lot History Record.
  • Ability to read simple schematic and isometric drawings/diagrams according to the job specifications.
  • Clean, maintain, and operate automated productions equipment per SOP's
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • 3+ years of medical device assembly experience.
  • Experience working with hand tools, and good understanding of basic computer applications.

The estimated base salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $20-$26. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
