We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Kitting Specialist Level 1 to join our team. In this entry-level position, you will be responsible for incoming material components (PGI) and accurately assembling materials into kits for production or shipping, while ensuring compliance with inventory management processes and safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess a basic understanding of material handling, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

• Receiving incoming materials components (PGI) visual inspection for quality and ensure proper accounting of materials received and place in appropriate locations 3010, 3012, 3020, 3030 and 3040 when need it.
• Understand fundamental kitting tasks, such sorting, counting, and organizing materials in accordance with production or shipments requirements.
• Conduct basic inventory procedures, including receiving and shelving materials.
• Ensure inventory accuracy by maintaining organized and up-to-date records of kit components.
• Communicate effectively with the team members and other departments to coordinate kit assembly needs or any issues.
• Follows safety guidelines and practices proper handling of materials and equipment.
• Identify and report errors such as quality issues, materials discrepancies, labeling mistakes, and quantity discrepancies.
• Follow the standard operation procedures (SOPs) for kitting and inventory management.
• Perform quality checks to ensure all kit components are correct and meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices per company operating procedures.​
• Ability to perform cycle counts, inventory counts and receiving materials.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent desired.
• 0 – 1 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment, or general work experience in material handling.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated hourly rate/salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $19.00-22.00 per hour. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
