We are seeking a Sr. Assembler to join our growing Integrity Testing team. This role would adhere to a second shift schedule from 07:00AM-03:30PM PST. The Sr. Assembler is responsible for ensuring quality is built in performing filter testing. This level has the capability to independently perform the job duties independently and can train others.

This role will be based in Rancho Dominguez and will report to the Manufacturing Supervisor.

The Sr. Assembler will be responsible for:

• Perform integrity testing of assembled modules
• Comply with Good Documentation Practices when creating, documenting and reviewing Lot History Records, Inspection Records and Testing.
• Prepare chemicals solutions (Isopropanol and Glycerin).
• Inspects equipment prior to use to ensure proper set up; performs basic and routine adjustments and maintenance.
• Ability to train employees in all areas of the assembly department
• Able to train and work in cross-functional areas/departments
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• AA degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• 3-5+ years of medical device assembly experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, including comfort with using tools to make simple repairs.

Physical requirements:

• • Must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequently required to sit; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

The estimated base salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $23-$31. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
