A fast-growing and acquisitive global public company is looking for a Manager, Investor Relations reporting directly to the Vice President, Investor Relations. In this role, you will work will help craft Repligen’s investment narrative and communicate it to external stakeholders. The role will have significant visibility with public equity investors and analysts, while working with executive management and other key constituents within the Company. 

This is a hybrid role based in Waltham, MA, with an expectation of approximately three days per week in-office (with some flexibility). Limited travel is required, including occasional travel alongside executive leadership for investor meetings and conferences (approximately 1–2 trips per quarter).

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the VP, Investor Relations, to develop strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other stakeholders while clearly communicating Repligen’s investment narrative and ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, disclosure standards, and Reg FD
  • Prepare highquality IR content, including earnings call scripts, press releases, Q&A documents, investor decks, briefing materials, and supplemental insights for management
  • Help oversee, organize, and coordinate investor facing meetings including conferences, non-deal roadshows, site visits, and other investor events, while preparing management for the events.
  • Assist in the creation of Repligen’s annual report and proxy statement. Support the planning and execution of Repligen’s annual meeting.
  • Ensure compliance with SEC regulations, disclosure rules, and internal governance standards, supporting contributions to 10Q/10K filings, proxy materials, and ESG reporting
  • Monitor market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment, synthesizing insights for senior leadership to inform strategy and messaging.
  • Develop strong working relationships with key personnel across various business units and corporate functions including executive management.
  • Maintain and improve IR infrastructure, including CRM systems, IR website, shareholder ownership, consensus estimates, and structured messaging frameworks that enhance transparency and consistency. In addition, assist VP, IR with vendor management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.S.) or equivalent in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Communications
  • ~5 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance/FP&A, or Strategy preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and organization skills required
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail required
  • Knowledge and understanding of financial modeling and valuation concepts/techniques used by analysts and investors required
  • Ability to travel domestically (approximately 1-2 trips per quarter) for investor conferences, NDRs, and meetings, including occasional travel alongside executive leadership.

The estimated base salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $112,556.25- $172,586.25 . Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
