The Senior Accounts Receivable Manager is a key member of the Controllership organization, responsible for leading the company’s domestic accounts receivable operations including billing, collections, and credit management to ensure timely and accurate cash collection. This role oversees the AR team and drives process standardization and operational improvements across the global order-to-cash cycle. The Senior AR Manager owns the company’s customer credit policy, monitors credit risk and receivables aging, and partners with Sales and Finance leadership to balance revenue growth with prudent risk management. The role also works closely with Treasury to support cash forecasting and provide insights into expected collections, payment trends, and potential delays. The Senior AR Manager ensures compliance with company policies and maintains a strong internal control environment in accordance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Success in this position requires proven ability to implement process improvements, KPI management, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders in a fast‑paced public company environment.

The estimated base salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $114,050- $174,876. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
