SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: The maintenance technician position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety. This position is responsible for start-up of equipment, preventive maintenance, equipment change-overs, equipment/building repairs, basic/routine facility maintenance while following all safety measures. Assist manager and oversee the maintenance team. Lead projects, schedule repairs and maintenance to adhere to manufacturing schedule. Help with scheduling including time and labor. Update and create drawings or charts to adhere and contribute to matrix.

The Manufacturing Operator 2nd Shift reports to the Manufacturing Line Lead and helps in performing all tasks involved in the production of Repligen’s fluid management products including production tasks such as kitting of parts, cutting of tubing and polymer film, reading design drawings, performing basic and complex assembly techniques, executing detailed visual inspections, operating manual and automated machinery, and completing packaging and labeling activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that the department’s safety, quality, and production goals are met.

The Molding Operator will report to the Molding Lead. This position will be located at our Clifton Park, NY location. The molding operator will be required to set up a new mold according to a work order drawing. Involves reading drawings, cutting tubing to length and insert molding liquid silicone rubber in various shapes. All molded parts shall be inspected as they come off the mold to make sure they are clean and defect free.

Responsible for performing the physical tasks involved in the receiving, storing, and distributing of products, materials, parts, and supplies to manufacturing floor. Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintain records of received goods, rejecting unsatisfactory items where necessary.
