The Manufacturing Operator 2nd Shift reports to the Manufacturing Line Lead and helps in performing all tasks involved in the production of Repligen’s fluid management products including production tasks such as kitting of parts, cutting of tubing and polymer film, reading design drawings, performing basic and complex assembly techniques, executing detailed visual inspections, operating manual and automated machinery, and completing packaging and labeling activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that the department’s safety, quality, and production goals are met.

The molding operator will be required to set up a new mold according to a work order drawing. Involves reading drawings, cutting tubing to length and insert molding liquid silicone rubber in various shapes.
