This lead position is responsible for ensuring that work is performed in a specific work area. This role will be ensuring that materials and equipment/tools are available to the team to execute and meet the production schedule. This role is responsible for ensuring quality is built in performing fiber bundling, filter potting, filter welding, fitting on assembly units and packaging. This level has the capability to independently perform the job duties independently and has the ability to train others. In the absence of any operator the lead will be filling in for the operator as necessary.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm with occasional overtime
This assembly position will be responsible for the fiber assembly, filtration product assembly or sub-assemblies. This requires the understanding and adherence to follow the work instructions and ensure that the sub-assembly and finished good specifications are met. This role is responsible for ensuring quality is built in performing fiber bundling, filter potting, filter welding, fitting on assembly units and packaging. This assembler level has the capability to perform duties with the guidance of Assembler II, Sr. Assembler, leads and or supervisor.

This leader would also have a strong working relationship the global Directors of Sales for Americas, close with other global leaders.
The Quality Assurance Associate II will report directly to the Manager or Quality Director.

This role Supports the development and deployment of Repligen EHS Framework with an emphasis on risk management and compliance. The ideal candidate has a broad understanding of regulatory requirements; environmental permit requirements, workers compensation insurance and injury filings, machine and storage permits, LEPC requirements, tax and fee schedules, etc. and will facilitate the integration of compliance management processes and tools for Repligen US based operations (multiple manufacturing locations and a remote employee base). Travel to Repligen locations within the US may be required on a periodic basis (less than 10%).
Additionally, you will work collaboratively as part of a core Global EHS team and provide compliance or tactical site support as needed.
The hybrid role reports to Global EHS and is based in Massachusetts (either Waltham or Marlborough).

Site Administrative Assistant – The Site Admin Assistant (SAA) will work with Bridgewater leadership team and managers to support the site, functions, legacy sales business and Customer Experience Center logistics and operations. . This cross-functional support role will include direct and indirect support for the Sales, Marketing, Production, Quality, Purchasing, IT, Logistic, EHS&G, and Engineering teams. The candidate should have exposure to these segments and a broad understanding of Downstream Processes. Knowledge of Process Hardware is ideally suited.

The individual should be able to handle multiple tasks and interact daily with different departments in the company such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Quality Control. S/he will also provide support related to quality processes within the organization and will assist with the implementation of the ISO 9001 Standard. Reporting directly to the Japan Country Manager and Sales Leader. This is a home office-based role, preferably in the Kanto region (Tokyo, Niigata, Hokkaido, Etc.). Depending on location, 50% travel will be necessary.
