This assembly position will be responsible for building flow control assemblies and surface finishing. This requires the understanding and adherence to follow the work instructions and ensure that the assembly processes and finished good specifications are met. This assembler level has the capability to perform duties with the guidance of leads, subject matter experts and/or supervisors.  

Responsible for the supervision of physical tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing of products, materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Supervises employees ensuring they are performing all necessary steps required for incoming receipts.  Oversees the proper use of power equipment such as a forklift, hand tools, and other devices operated in a warehouse environment.   Supervises the preparation and maintenance of all necessary records.  Oversees daily activities within the warehouse responsibilities.

The Assembler II Technician will report to Manufacturing Supervisor. This assembly position performs a wide variety of assembly products. Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing membrane in different sizes, fitting on assembly units, testing units, packaging and entering date in the Lot History Record per product line. The employee also works as a team member in whatever capacity and job function is required to deliver a quality product to our customer in a timely fashion.   Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

The QA Inspector II will report directly to the Quality Lead or Manager.   This position is responsible for the day-to-day activities involved with the Repligen ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

The Quality Assurance Associate II will report directly to the QA Manager or Quality Director.   This position is responsible to actively participate in the Repligen ISO 9001 Quality Management System.   Must have thorough understanding of Good Documentation Practices (GDP), identification, review, and approval of nonconformance and deviation investigations, able to perform root cause analysis and generate corrective actions to improve processes/systems.

Reporting to the SVP, Business Development and Strategy, the Director, Business Development and M&A will carry out the inorganic strategy with a focus on growth and transformational M&A to include industry structure and value chain analysis, target identification, target relationship cultivation and target strategic fit assessment.  Armed with broad domain knowledge, this person will help the organization ‘see around corners’ to anticipate market shifts and continue to position the company at the center of the industry.   The Director, Business Development and M&A requires a confident, knowledgeable strategist capable of immediately establishing trust and credibility throughout the company, with the board, and with external stakeholders. S/he will leverage a deep and broad understanding of existing and possible market opportunities, coupled with greater gained knowledge of Repligen, in order to serve as an internal M&A consultant to the company. This person will create insight-driven strategies and will effectively deliver and execute against those strategies.

The employee also works as a team member in whatever capacity and job function is required to deliver a quality product to our customer in a timely fashion.   This is a 1st shift position.

Repligen is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager whose primary role will be to manage a growing team of professionals that sell an expanding portfolio of highly differentiable, high-value products and flexible solutions that address critical steps in the production of biologic drugs, gene therapy and cell therapy  - to new and existing Biopharmaceutical customers across a territory spanning the Southeast and Midwest of the United States.   The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of motivation to succeed, highly developed sales and people management skill sets in the Life Sciences sector and is now looking for the next challenge at a rapidly evolving and innovative bioprocessing-focused life sciences company.   Reporting directly to the Sales Director of North America. This is a home office-based role, preferably in the Midwest or Mid-Atlantic Region of the USA, 50% travel will be necessary to provide the right process and visibility to coach and develop team members.
