focused on process support & development for OPUS chromatography columns. This individual will work closely
with Manufacturing and R&D to improve current and new products. This person will play a key role in ensuring that

Field Service Engineer – West Coast
Overview
The Senior Field Service Engineer (FSE) is responsible for installing, maintaining and servicing Repligen systems; ATF, TFF and Chromatography systems primarily on the West Coast, but occasionally throughout the US.
The FSE will provide remote and onsite support and work closely with the sales and product managers in troubleshooting customer needs. The FSE shall maintain accurate documentation of all service activities and escalating issues as needed.
Reporting to our Site Procurement & Sourcing Director, we are seeking an accomplished, driven individual whose knowledge and skills will help us take our Procurement & Sourcing team to the next level. This position is responsible for $45M+ direct material spend, all activities in support of sourcing, procurement and raw material inventory management at our rancho manufacturing site. Within our diverse and vertically integrated manufacturing footprint, you will support the development of strategies, processes, and talent to ensure the robustness of sourced materials and their timely procurement while fostering supplier partnerships that result in win-win total landed cost improvements.
The Inventory Clerk (IC) maintains control of all inventory items purchased and produced. The IC has the primary responsibility for the organization and cleanliness of the stock room areas of the company as well as the accuracy of the inventory system. The IC is responsible for the Inflows and Outflows of materials to and from the stock room. The IC is responsible for performing the inventory transactions in the manufacturing system that match the physical transaction of materials. In addition to these responsibilities, the IC will support production, receiving and shipping by assisting in counting parts, performing transactions in the manufacturing system, product packaging and preparation of materials through kitting raw material components for work orders.

The Complaints Coordinator, will be responsible for complaint and complaints processing, correspondences, and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a temp role.
The Quality Control Supervisor will report to the QC Director.
- Must have understanding and working knowledge with Quality Control principles and concepts such Microbial Assays, Immunoassays, Analytical assays, Water systems, EM programs, etc.
- They will also be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day activities for product manufacture, test and release which include managing analysts’ schedules, instrument calibration, validation, PO generation, managing live testing tracker information, cross-functional daily communication, batch record reviews, document revisions, IOPQ qualification documentation and execution
- This role will also provide extensive support with document writing, document revisions, and handling investigations. Must have thorough understanding of Good Documentation Practices (GDP), identification and review and approval of deviation investigations and Out of Specifications (OOS) results, able to perform root cause analysis and generate corrective actions to improve processes/systems.
- The position will develop Quality Control systems to streamline process and drive efficiencies in support of Microbiological and Analytical methods at the Waltham, MA site.
- This position is responsible to actively participate in the Repligen ISO 9001 Quality Management System

The number of products supported by the service team has also increased from 2 to 15 with further additions expected in the short and medium terms. We are now in the process of developing a scalable organization with best practice systems and processes that enable outstanding customer experiences.

This qualified candidate will join the growing manufacturing team responsible to produce Avitide AVIPure® biopharmaceutical affinity chromatography products. The individual will be involved in all aspects of product manufacturing including buffer preparation, reactor set-up, production, product packaging and cleaning. Work will be performed in accordance with established manufacturing practices and procedures in compliance with our ISO 9001 quality regulations and guidelines. Avitide seeks candidates who are highly self-motivated and can work in a collaborative fashion with other interdisciplinary team members in a fast-paced and exciting work environment.
This position will manage day-to-day production activities and resources necessary to produce quality and cost-effective products that meet or exceed customer’s expectations. Oversees the implementation, maintenance and improvement of manufacturing methods, processes, and operations for new and existing products. Manages work assignments in staffing, scheduling, coordinating, and planning of personnel engaged in production and maintenance.
The System Preparation Technician (SPT) will play a key role in C Technologies success. The responsibilities of the SPT revolve around the advance and pre-shipment preparation of variable pathlength systems. These preparation activities can deal with the preparation of major system components, accessories, paperwork which can include testing, validation, fabrication, kitting and more. The accurate completion of system records and paperwork is an important part of the role. The position requires an understanding of the customer requirements, close coordination with sales, support and production to prioritize activities and working with urgency to fulfill requirements accurately in a fast paced environment.
The SPT will be cross trained in different functions within production and will require basic use of tools and equipment to in order to integrated, assemble and prepare systems and required accessories and kits. The SPT will flex forward and backward in the process flow to help alleviate bottle necks, expedite urgent requirements and add capacity where needed.
Must be able to follow work instructions, SOP and interface/be extremely comfortable working with computers.

The selected Automation/Manufacturing Engineer will work in the manufacturing engineering group to primarily develop in house automated solutions to increase capacity and efficiencies in the manufacturing department. The products we manufacture are optical fiber-based assemblies and instruments that are used in a wide range of industries including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, science and technology, telecommunications, metrology, and others. The engineer will evaluate and design various fixtures, automation modules or equipment to increase capacity, improve quality and efficiencies. The selected candidate will also be a contributor in our cross-function team project meetings to support the development and transfer of new products into manufacturing. This position is hands-on with the opportunity to take a design from concept to manufacturing floor.

The Senior Sales Specialist, Single Use Flow Paths and Components, would predominantly support unit process operations in Tangential Flow Filtration & Chromatography containing filtration and chromatography column technology as well as vessel to vessel fluid transfer across a full range of molecules such as monoclonal antibodies, vaccines and cell and gene therapy.The Senior Sales Specialist, Single Use Flow Paths and Components would support customers across in the designated US Regional territory and could on occasions be asked to support other customers in other parts of Europe or Asia as needed.
